The staff at DFX strongly believes that the students dance attire greatly reflects attitude and work ethic. Proper attire and footwear is a must.

NON-COMPETITIVE/RECREATIONAL BALLET

Tights: Any ballet pink dance tights are acceptable for class. “Mondor” Ballerina Pink brand will be the

tights DFX will use for the year end recital.

Bodysuit: 3&4 year pre-school ballet - Any solid color style bodysuit. A small skirt attached is

acceptable for this age and level.

5 years and up - Black bodysuit (any style) A small skirt attached is acceptable for this age and level.

Shoes: 3 - 7 year old classes - Pink “Bunny Hop” Ballet Slipper S0225

Hair: Hair must be worn in a bun to keep the hair off the face and neck.

If your hair is too short a headband can be worn to keep to keep it back.

be worn over.)

Also, keep in mind the following:

* do not wear under wear under tights and bodysuits, (a clean line with no wrinkles or bulging is needed for your

teacher to see proper alignment.)

* do not wear necklaces, rings, watches or dangly earrings to class. (On swinging arms, these can be dangerous.)

* bodysuits and tights will start to grey if you dry them in a dryer.

* please remove nail-polish before coming to class.

* no chewing gum.
